Return Policy Information If you need to Return You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to Purifierideas.com. Once you have provided PurifierIdeas.com with the appropriate information, we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number. Please note (no return for AllerAir brand) Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. Possible Restocking Fee: In addition to the cost of shipping, some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. IQAir,Blueair, Alentech products and some other selected brands have a restocking fee of 15%.
