Great shopping experience, everything was perfect. I ordered both the neoair enviro and the neoair cruiser for my car. Everything got shipped immediately. I love the products i bought and I strongly recommend this company to anyone.

This company made placing the order so easy and their product is out of this world. I am thinking of purchasing one for my home as well.The only thing, which may be out of their hands would be to improve upon is shipping UPS - they just leave the packages on ones doorstep and when youre buying something for nearly $400.00 you dont want to take the chance that you wont receive it or someone else will! We tracked the delivery, which was great but the delivery person (UPS) didnt even ring the doorbell they just left it on the front doorstep. It wasnt there at 5:45 pm but when I returned home at 9:00 pm it was on my doorstep!!!Great Product Purifier Ideas!Sincerely,...

I recently bought a couple of air purifiers from PurifierIdeas.com and was very happy with their excellent service. My e-mail service provider had accidentally filtered out an e-mail they sent to me. When I didnt reply to this e-mail, PurifierIdeas phoned me promptly. They also worked with me to find the best shipping option for across the border shipping (I live in Canada). I was quite impressed with the overall customer service provision. My only negative comment refers to USPS, not to PurifierIdeas. Apparently USPS would not ship the air purifiers up to Canada, which meant I had to spend more on the shipping. However, this was not the fault of PurifierIdeas....

The website was very easy to use.The service was great.I got my Biozone before I even thought I would.The only thing I wish there would have been more information on the product.How much are replacement bulbs etc.?All in all Im very happy.
