Noise is one of the problem of this air cleaner. We don’t suggest it for bedroom. The filters replacement procedure is not quite simple and requires a screwdriver and some patience. |
The allerair 4000 overall is a good air cleaner, with very high grade Hepa and Carbon filters. Works nice on cigarette smoke, dust and other particulates. It doesn’t have the sharpest design but get the job done. |

As all the air cleaners by allerair, big surface coverage comes with its downsides: noise. On mid or high setting it is uncomfortable to closer to it. Replace the filter is a little bit complicated. |
