30 Day Return Policy
Purifierideas.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
When you receive your order, please make sure you inspect all merchandise for
any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
we ask that you return it within 30 days for replacement or refund, less the
original postage and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders over $150 receive free shipping only if you keep the product). Please note (no return for AllerAir brand)
If you need to Return
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any
merchandise to purifierideas.com. You can also request a RA online by
submitting a RA Request

Once you have provided purifierideas.com with the appropriate information,
we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number.
The following are purifierideas.com Return Shipment Policies:
- 30 days return policy for replacement or refund, less the original
postage and handling.(This includes promotional shipping costs i.e.
Free Shipping offers etc. - orders over $150 receive free shipping only
if you keep the product). Please note (no return for AllerAir brand)
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original
packing materials
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables
must be included. If filters or machine is dirty or any of these materials
are missing, your credit card will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not
the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight
collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way
not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Possible Restocking Fee: In addition to the cost of shipping, some
manufacturers charge a restocking fee. IQAir,Blueair, Alentech products
and some other selected brands have a restocking fee of 15%. The restocking
fee, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Absolutely no returns for Biozone or AllerAir brand
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only.
Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
Delivery Refusal. If a customer orders a product from us and refuses delivery of the item, then customer will be charged 20% re-stocking fee plus any incurred initial shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)
Also, if you refuse, or miss your delivery appointment(s) for a non-defective/un-damaged product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned to the appropriate warehouse.
Order Cancellation
If goods are cancelled before they have been shipped (usually less than 24 hours from order placement), the order is cancelled and no charges are applied to the customer.
If items have been shipped at the time of cancellation, customer will be charged 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse, and any incurred shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)

We ship our products via FEDEX or UPS. We normally process all orders
within 24 hours.
Shipments outside the US: Orders shipped outside the US will be shipped
via the most economic carrier available.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:
All orders received will be shipped standard ground service
unless different shipping instructions
are provided (Overnight, Second day delivery are Available). Normal delivery
anywhere in the continental USA, depending on the distance you live from
FL, is only 1- 5 business days using the ground service. We also recommend
shipping to a business location for a quicker delivery.
You can order with confidence that all the items that are marked as "In
Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare instance there will be an item
out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can happen for a number
of reasons, we got in more orders then we have in stock, we have it, but it's
defective, etc.) In such an instance, our customer service department will contact
you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O.
on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by E-mailing our Customer
Service Your credit card WILL NOT be charged untill your order has shipped.
