Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
We offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days after your receipt of your order. After our 30-day trial period, the warranty for your item will be in effect.
If you need to Return
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise
to Purifierideas.com. You can also request a RA online by submitting an RA Request

Once you have provided PurifierIdeas.com with the appropriate information,
we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number.
The following are PurifierIdeas.com Return Shipment Policies:
- All our products comes with a full 30 days money back guarantee.
- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.

- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing
materials
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must
be included. If any of these materials are missing, your credit card will be billed
accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect,
without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above
criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products
returned after the expiration date will be refused.

International Shipments
Orders shipped outside the US are not free and will be shipped
via the most economic carrier available. Please email

When do we Ship?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, therefore all orders placed
after 12:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day.
You can order with confidence that all the items that are marked as "In
Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare instance there will be
an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can
happen for a number of reasons, we got in more orders then we have in
stock, we have it, but it's defective, etc.) In such an instance, our
customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put
it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will
be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel
a back-ordered item at any time by E-mailing our Customer Service at Sales@purifierideas.com.
